normally you'd have to
1) shift+click to select or shift+click+drag to select keys on the timeline
2) middle-click+drag over the selected key(s)
in order to offset keys on the timeline. And then you still have to move your timecursor to go to that specific frame.

isn't it simpler to have two scripts mapped to two keys on the keyboard? One to move keys back, one to move them forward.
Drag the script files into a toolbar, and then map them to the keyboard.
