Script Usage and Installation:

two scripts that will change the values from the selected keyframe to either meet the values from the previous or next keyframes. This is very helpfull when you are making your holds and in-between's, so you don't have to guess as much, when looking at, say, 15 f-curves in a graph editor for a single frame.
